If you join the mailing list, I receive your email address and the consent information recorded with the signup. If you email me, I receive the information in your message. Orders are completed through Big Cartel or Reverb, not directly on this website; those services collect the information required to process and deliver an order.

02 / How it is used

No data side hustle.

Mailing-list information is used to send product, build-batch, and company updates. Messages and order information are used to answer questions, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

I do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the mailing list, storefronts, payments, shipping, email, and website, or when disclosure is required by law.

Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Messages and order records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, warranty, accounting, and legal purposes.

03 / Other services

A small number of outside tools.

The mailing-list form is provided by EmailOctopus. Product purchases take place on Big Cartel or Reverb. Embedded demonstrations use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and handle it under their own privacy policies.

Following a link to a storefront, social network, or video service takes you to that service, where its own terms and privacy policy apply.

You stay in control.

Every mailing-list email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Ligma Electronics.
